The two legs Leg A and Leg B are equal to c which is called the hypotenuse.

2.Solve the missing side length
a+b=c
a=(12x12)+(5x5)
a=(144)(25)
a=144+25=169cm
missing side length=169cm2

3.Is it a right triangle?

a+b=c

(8x8)+(6x6=(11x11)

64+36=121

It is not a right triangle because the legs arent equal to the hypotenuse.

To do 101% on a hundred grid you would need 2 grids
One grid is for the 100 the other is for the 1.

You would need 6 grids to do 589 percent.
5 grids=500. Grid 6=89%

Pay It Forward

Pay It Forward

Part One- Pay it forward is helping someone by doing an act of kindness and putting a smile
on their face.

Part 2
For my Pay It Forward me Eli,Ace,Hendrix,Joseph,Terence and Michael did 4 thing's
we donated clothes,baby sit Eli's grandmah's foster kids, donated food at a drop off box that goes to Winnipeg Harvest and raked leaves at Eli's relative's house. First we donated our clothes to Value Village we donated clothes that did not fit us anymore, there were alot of clothes that we donated. Then we went to Costco because there was a drop off box that goes to Winnipeg Harvest we put in food like pasta, canned goods and chips. After that we went to Eli's grandmah's house to take care of her foster kids. We read them stories like Cat In The Hat and
we played games like operation. We raked leaves at Eli's relatives house it was very dark and cold out. After the whole thing was done Eli's parents brought us to Chicken Delight because
we were very hungry after. We told the guy at Value Village to Pay It Forward too.

My act of kindness was fun because we helped a lot of people by donating clothes to Value Village and
we told the guy there to Pay It Forward too. When me and the guys donated our clothes we felt good
about our self because were helping other people. We donated a lot of clothes. The worker at Value Village
was suprised at how much bags of clothes there were and we told him that it was a school project.

Part 4
Pay it Forward is very important because your helping other people by making a difference
like donating clothes.

Advantage- Good for showing least and the most
Disdvantage- You cannot show any changes

Double Bar Graph-

Advantage- Good for comparing two sets of data
Disadvantage- Cannot show more than two sets of data

Advantage- Good for showing big and small data
Disadvantage- You can't mislead a circle graph

Line Graph

Advantage- Good for showing changes overtime
Disadvantage- Isn't used for comparing data

Pictograph

Advantage- Shows a picture of the data, shows how much each picture is worth
Disadvantage- Not good for showing percents of the data

2: Break in the Y-axis
3: In a pictograph make one picture larger than the other




I would choose the bar graph for the canteen choices.

I would choose the line graph for the choices because it shows
the changes overtime of the food.

Adrian's Proportion Post

Rate- Compares two quantities measured in different units

Proportion-Equation that states that two ratio's are equal

Ratio- A relation beetween two amounts


5 hours to travel 360 miles is 72 mph
As a playground worker, If I increase the amount of apple juice
I am serving the play group from 25ml to 100 how much should
I increase the orange juice to, to keep the quantities in the same
proportion?
