The Pythagorean Relationship is a right triangle that consists of a hypotenuse and two legs. The hypotenuse is ALWAYS larger than the two legs but when the two legs are summed up it equals the hypotenuse.

(12x12) + (5x5)= c squared

Our pay it forward kindness was donating clothes to value village,giving food to
winnipeg harvest, we also raked my relative's backyard and babysitting foster kids.We chose
this activity because we had extra clothes that we don't use anymore and we can
give it to someone else, we can make a difference by giving other people food.
We helped my relatives, other people that goes to winnipeg harvest for food.
We went to costco to donate food to Winnipeg harvest,we raked my relative's
backyard,we donated clothes to value village and we babysat fosterkids. We did
our act of kindness last sunday.

The idea of Pay It Forward was to make us help other people and make a difference and if we like it we will do it in the future. I think our act of kindness made a difference because we gave my grandmother a break of taking care of her foster kids and we also donated extra clothes to the less fortunate and donating food helped the "Winnipeg Harvest" a little bit, so we hopefully made a difference in some people's life.

Proportion- An equation that states two ratios are equal

1. 5 hours to travel 360 miles is about 72 mph

2. As a playgroup worker, if I increase the amount of apple juice I am serving at
the playgroup from 25 ml to 100 ml, how much should I increase the the orange
juice to, to keep the quantities in the same proportion? The orange juice is 50
ml to start with. You should increase by 2x.

What are the three ways you can prove that equivalent ratio statements are

1. Does this seem fair? No, because the homeless man only stole $100 and he turned himself in the next day and has 15 years in jail but the billionaire dude only has 40 months but he stole 3 billion dollars.

2. It isn't fair because the rich dude should spend more time in jail because he stole alot of mula but the homeless guy only stole 100 bucks and he's got 15 years.

3. I would put the rich dude in jail for how much money he stole and I would only put the homeless guy in jail for only a year or so because he only stole 100 dollars and he turned himself in.
