1. Use your notes to list the different types of graphs.
Please list the advantages and disadvantages of each graph.
Bar graph
Advantage- It shows who has the most or who has the least
.
Disadvantage- intervals can be changed to make some bars bi
gger than the other one even though they're the same close.
Double Bar graph
Advantage- Good for comparing two data across category
Disadvantage- Intervals might not be that accurate and makes the graph wrong
Line graph
Advantage- Good for comparing data overtime
Disadvantage- You can only use it to compare data overtime
Pictograph
Advantage- Easy to see the comparison between the data.
- you can count the pictures easily
Disadvantage- You can't show exact amount because you cant draw thi
ngs in half.
Circle graph
Advantage- Good for comparing the data with the whole
Disadvantage- Takes too long to make and you can only use percentage.
You can make a pictograph misleading by making the picture big
ger than the other one.
You can make a bar graph misinterpreted by doing the "
zig zag" on the y-axis
You can misinterpret a line graph by making the numbers on the y- axis far away from each other.

aph would you choose?
I would show Mrs.Mota the line graph because its more accurate than the pictograph and
I would show Mrs.Mota the line graph because its more accurate than the pictograph and
it shows that more healthy snacks are being bought overtime.
4a) Change each graph so that your information looks even MORE impressive. You may not change the data just the graphs.
